Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience delivering solutions and onboarding clients in wealth management or data-intensive environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across APAC.
• Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision.
• Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations.
• Build trusted client relationships and become a strategic partner in achieving client goals.
• Define and manage project expectations across client and internal teams.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar’s platform for wealth management workflows.
• Contribute to playbooks, tools and delivery best practices for APAC.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success.
