Qualifications

• 3+ years of pre-sales leadership with team coaching.
• 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience in SaaS.
• Strong API integrations and enterprise-architecture knowledge.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Rust, Node.js).
• Fluent Mandrain and professional English required.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for client engagements and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor the Solutions Architecture team on engagement, strategy, and execution.
• Lead from the front, owning technical strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Align with Regional Sales Director and RVP for the AMER business to drive opportunities to closure.
• Build processes to measure performance and impact to meet evolving business needs.
• Travel to customer sites and conferences for executive sessions and workshops.
• Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.
