Job summary

Cohere in Singapore is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific to own the regional function, build depth, and lead a team delivering production-grade, sovereign AI deployments across cloud, hybrid, VPC, on‑premises and air‑gapped environments.

You will open doors with strategic accounts, partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into platform improvements, and report on region metrics with a credible executive presence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture.
• 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team across Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia.
• Open doors with strategic accounts and build regional depth.
• Own the regional technical win and be in the room for decisive pursuits.
• Define vision and operating rhythm for APAC Solutions Architecture.
• Architect sovereign and regulated deployments across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premises environments.
