First Advantage in Singapore is seeking a Director of Solutions Delivery and Implementation for APAC to lead a team of Solution Consultants and Implementation Leaders across APAC, Australia, and New Zealand, bridging sales, customers, product, and delivery to drive value from discovery through successful implementation.

Reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, the role oversees strategy, implementation governance, customer engagement, and team performance to scale delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Consultants, Implementation Project Managers, and delivery professionals across APAC, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Set performance expectations, development plans, and career pathways, fostering a culture of customer obsession and continuous improvement.
• Oversee solution strategy, implementation methodology, and customer engagement to drive value from discovery through implementation.
