Job summary

NTT DATA in Singapore seeks a senior leader to run the APAC Solutions & Sales Engineering team, driving strategy and execution for complex data center solutions. You will mentor engineers across the region, align with product and construction teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

The role requires deep data center knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of successful pre-sales and delivery in enterprise environments. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mech or electrical fields with PE license preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business training is a plus.
• 15+ years in similar role with data center systems exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor APAC solutions and sales engineering teams.
• Oversee design, development and delivery of electrical/mechanical solutions.
• Drive innovation and stay updated on data center trends.
• Collaborate with Product for facility space planning and management.
• Understand data center concepts like liquid cooling and fault tolerance.
• Review lease terms to match customer technical needs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Design, Construction, Ops and Support.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
