Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, technical program management, or a related field within a technology or services organization.
• Proven experience independently managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
• Hands-on experience with technical integrations, API-based implementations, or back-end platform operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and act on performance metrics and KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels through structured reporting and business reviews
• A passion and curiosity for solving complex operational challenges
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with persistent attention to detail and a high level of comfort navigating ambiguity
