Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Partner Program Manager (PPM) for Greater China and ASEAN, coordinating cross-functional teams to design, refine, and oversee partner and GTM programs. This role monitors performance, collects partner feedback, and drives enhancements across the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing partner programs internationally, excellent communication, and the ability to align stakeholders and implement scalable programs across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing, deploying and optimizing partner programs internationally or regionally.
• Persuading and aligning stakeholders.
• Clear communication with diverse audiences, both internally and externally.
• Excellent organizational capabilities.
• Leading and working with diverse, cross-functional teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the partner program, ensuring effective implementation.
• Keep informed on industry trends and competitive partner programs to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Gather and integrate partner feedback and communicate to Geo to refine the program.
• Coordinate with various teams to provide the necessary support infrastructure, including tools, systems, policies, processes, and resources.
• Craft and communicate compelling value propositions, maintaining consistent messaging across program materials for all stakeholders.
• Align with cross functions to define launch criteria, support planning, and provide regular program updates.
• Monitor and analyze program performance, seeking opportunities for ongoing optimization.
• Support the development and facilitation of partner and strategic investment programs at area level.
• Monitor implementation of activities as per Business Plan and programs with Distributors.
