Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, technical program management, or related fields.
• Experience working with subscription-based or services businesses is a plus.
• Proven ability to turn pilots into scalable processes and automated workflows.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations without formal authority.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for integrations with new channel partners and drive timelines and milestones.
• Apply standard methodologies and optimize customer experience across platforms.
• Understand back-end systems to proactively identify and mitigate issues.
• Deliver high-quality partner onboarding and ensure a positive Apple customer experience.
• Transition manual processes to automated, scalable ones and drive subscriber engagement.
• Collaborate across teams to identify improvements and track progress on the roadmap.
