Firmable Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead Singapore-based outbound development, building a new SDR function and driving pipeline for APAC. You’ll coach, test messaging, and own the playbook while handling the toughest accounts.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, APAC, you’ll split your time between leading the team (~75%) and cross-functional work (~25%) with AEs, marketing, and ANZ leadership. AI-driven prospecting is central to the role.

Competenze

• 3+ years in B2B sales development, with at least 1 year leading SDRs or BDRs.
• Zero-to-one build: experience building an SDR function from scratch, stand-up of a net-new team, playbook and operating rhythm.
• Coaching capability: you run call reviews and 1:1s that measurably change rep performance.
• Regional fluency: knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asian B2B buying; comfortable prospecting in English across the region.
• Commercial discipline: forecast and manage pipeline with numbers, not gut feel.
• Right to work in Singapore: Firmable cannot sponsor visas for this role.
• You live and breathe AI tools: using AI for research, sequencing, prep and reporting as default.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of SDRs based in Singapore; accountable for qualified meetings each month.
• Run daily stand-ups, weekly pipeline reviews, and handover into AE forecasting.
• Recruit, onboard and ramp new SDRs as the Asia team grows.
• Review calls and sequences; run role-plays to lift conversion.
• Own multi-channel sequences for Singapore and Malaysia (email and LinkedIn).
• Use Firmable data and buying signals to prioritise mid-market accounts.
