Job summary

Mixpanel in Singapore seeks an Outbound Strategist to run the AI-driven prospecting system across APAC, building target lists, campaigns, and supervising AI agents for research and first-touch outreach. You’ll ensure only qualified opportunities reach Account Executives, refining targeting and documenting what works.

You’ll leverage modern outbound automation, CRM tools, and data signals to drive pipeline and improve win rates while thriving in an evolving model with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hunter instinct to proactively find new pipeline and start cold conversations.
• Consultative discovery; ask deep questions to understand problems and qualify fit.
• Commercial presence; write outbound that lands and speak credibly with technical buyers.
• AI fluency; design prompts/workflows and review AI output before shipping.
• Hands-on comfort with outbound automation tools (Clay) and a CRM (Salesforce).
• Comfort working in an evolving system with outcomes-based measures.
• Background in B2B software pipeline generation, outbound, growth, or sales ops.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns that produce qualified opportunities for Account Executives, owning the flow from signal to handoff.
• Build target lists and enrichment inputs against a defined ICP, keeping data clean so leads move end to end.
• Deploy and supervise AI agents for prospect research, list building, personalization, and first-touch drafting with human quality checks.
• Qualify opportunities with Account Executive input to ensure high-fit leads reach the AE.
• Prioritize high-intent accounts using product-usage signals and self-serve signals.
• Analyze metrics and adjust targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
• Document learnings and feed into playbooks and templates.
