Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in sales, business development, or GTM roles.
• Experience managing SDRs or BDR teams in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of enterprise prospecting and outbound strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop SDRs for Large Enterprise across APAC.
• Drive quality pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
• Establish operational rigor around metrics, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Account Directors and enterprise sales leadership on territory planning.
