Biorce is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our APAC footprint across pharma, biotech and CRO sectors. You will identify, engage, and qualify opportunities, working with commercial and scientific teams to spark strategic conversations with senior decision-makers.

As an SDR, you will research complex organizations, understand clinical development challenges, and drive meaningful discussions. Fluency in English is mandatory for Singapore; other markets may vary.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales development or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to research complex organizations and identify decision-makers.
• Proven multi-channel prospecting capability.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset geared to enterprise tech sales.
• Based in Japan, South Korea, or Singapore and able to support local markets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within IPAC pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO organizations.
• Research target accounts, stakeholders, and clinical development initiatives to tailor outreach.
• Engage senior decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
• Qualify prospects by understanding clinical development challenges and use cases for Aika.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop account strategies and build a strong APAC pipeline.
• Maintain accurate prospect information and updates in the CRM.
• Develop understanding of Biorce's platform and competitive landscape.
• Represent Biorce professionally with executives and stakeholders.
• Contribute to outbound sales strategy as APAC expands.
