Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS/PLG/tech preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curious and empathetic approach to understanding customer challenges and aligning with value.
• Self-starter mentality in a fast-paced startup environment and motivated to exceed goals.
• Grit, resilience, and persistence in outbound prospecting and relationship building.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a scaling GTM team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage new prospects via outbound, networking, and prospecting strategies.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities for the AE team.
• Conduct initial discovery to understand customer pain points and fit with CodeRabbit.
• Become fluent in CodeRabbit’s product and value proposition for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging and criteria.
• Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and meet weekly/monthly activity goals.
• Share learnings from prospect conversations to improve GTM motion.
