Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, electronics or semiconductor technology.
• Experience in account management or sales within the semiconductor industry is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage key semiconductor customer accounts, develop long-term relationships and drive sales growth.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Communicate product specifications, lead times and delivery schedules to customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate contracts for favorable terms.
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze customer requirements and market trends to inform account strategies.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through relationship management.
