Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced Regional Head of Sales (APAC) to drive regional commercial growth and strengthen strategic customer relationships across key markets. You will lead a high-performing team, develop market strategies, and manage distributors and channel partners to achieve revenue targets.

The role requires a technical engineering background and 15+ years of sales experience, including 6+ years in management, with knowledge of the semiconductor/electronics value chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in distributor management and channel development across APAC regions.
• 15+ years of sales experience with 6+ years in a managerial role with direct reports.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to semiconductor/electronics value chain and processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across APAC.
• Identify opportunities, build a sustainable sales pipeline and drive customer acquisition.
• Develop and manage distributors, agents and strategic channel partners.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and senior stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
