Job summary

Mass Power Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to drive growth across manufacturing and total solutions for APAC clients. You will identify prospects, build a structured pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The role demands deep understanding of PCBA/EMS/box-build capabilities, strong stakeholder management and a willingness to travel across Singapore and APAC to win strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B business development / sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, PCBA / EMS/ Box Build engineering. Contract Manufacturing or technology within Asian & Region
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chains.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and internationally, particularly across APAC.
• Quality systems ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 or other relevant standards

Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive business growth for manufacturing and total solutions business for APAC region clients.
• Identify, develop and secure new customers requiring PCBA, box build, equipment manufacturing, system integration, engineering and outsourced manufacturing solutions.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and position Company as a one-stop manufacturing partner from engineering and prototyping through production, testing, integration and delivery.
• Expand Company’s customer base across semiconductor, electronics, medical technology, life sciences, industrial automation, instrumentation, energy, EV/automotive and other high-value technology sectors.
• Develop recurring manufacturing revenue through long-term programs, production outsourcing, contract manufacturing and strategic customer partnerships.
