Job summary

Vortexa Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive pipeline for APAC from our Singapore office.

You will identify and engage high-potential prospects across APAC, including Singapore, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Australia and more, using multi-channel outreach and collaboration with Sales and Marketing. You will work with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong and ZoomInfo, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring outbound efforts align with regional privacy

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in SaaS BDR/ SDR or commercial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Cultural fluency in APAC business norms.
• English proficiency with additional local languages a bonus.
• Proactive, curious attitude and growth mindset.
• Track record of exceeding commercial OKRs.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, events).
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads before handover to Sales.
• Map buying groups and approval processes across APAC markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote registrations for APAC events.
• Develop scalable playbooks with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing.
• Ensure accurate data in Salesforce and related tools.
• Respect data-privacy rules (PDPA, APPI, DPDP, etc.).
• Maintain Singapore-based working hours with APAC coverage and travel 10–20%.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue-related targets.
