Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, account management, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and develop opportunities within a B2B sales environment, with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Analytical and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute Visa’s go to market (GTM) route to market (RTM) motion focused on prioritized customer segments and solution.
• Perform high-volume inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification motions to uncover and qualify high-value sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads and identify key personas and decision-makers within various buying groups.
• Leverage go-to-market tools and technology to research, engage, and qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Navigate multiple communication channels to build and nurture client relationships.
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, B2B marketing, and product teams to improve campaigns and engagement strategies.
