Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience with a track record of meeting revenue targets in information services, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Expert-level proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies, territory planning, pipeline forecasting, and complex commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute regional operational plans to drive sales strategy, achieve revenue goals, and expand market share across APAC.
• Direct and lead a department of sales managers and individual contributors, driving recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
• Oversee territory planning, pipeline management, and financial forecasting to ensure alignment with business performance metrics.
• Navigate complex sales and negotiation scenarios, applying innovative strategies to secure high-value client engagements.
• Collaborate with regional/global marketing, product, and finance teams to optimize pricing and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze market intelligence and competitor trends to protect existing accounts and identify growth opportunities.
