Dow Jones, a leading information services provider, seeks a Director of Risk & Compliance to lead regional sales across APAC. You will manage a team of managers and sales specialists, set strategic plans, and drive revenue growth while aligning product, marketing and business development across borders.

The role requires 12+ years of sales leadership, expertise in enterprise methodologies, and experience with AML or information platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales leadership experience with revenue targets.
• Expert-level proficiency in enterprise methodologies, territory planning, and forecasting.
• Experience establishing operational sales plans and managing cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Experience with search technologies, digital information platforms, or AML solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute regional operational plans to drive sales strategy and revenue.
• Direct and lead a department of sales managers and individual contributors.
• Oversee territory planning, pipeline management, and financial forecasting.
• Navigate complex sales and negotiations to close engagements.
• Collaborate with regional/global marketing, product, and finance teams.
• Analyze market intelligence to protect accounts and identify growth.
• Represent the organization at APAC events to build client relationships.
