As a Director, Risk & Compliance, you will establish operational plans to drive revenue growth, expand customer engagement, and scale our specialty sales initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will manage a team of managers and sales specialists to achieve business targets and expand brand presence in a competitive market environment. In this role, you will exercise independent judgment and decision-making authority to solve complex sales challenges, optimize territory strategy, and foster cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and business development functions.

Establish and execute regional operational plans to drive sales strategy, achieve revenue goals, and expand market share across APAC.
Direct and lead a department of sales managers and individual contributors, driving recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
Oversee territory planning, pipeline management, and financial forecasting to ensure alignment with business performance metrics.
Navigate frequently complex sales and negotiation scenarios, applying innovative strategies to secure high-value client engagements.
Collaborate closely with regional and global marketing, product, and finance teams to optimize pricing models and streamline go-to-market strategies.
Analyze market intelligence and competitor trends to protect existing accounts, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate regional market threats.
Represent the organization at key industry events in APAC to build brand presence and cultivate high-level client relationships.
12+ years of progressive sales and sales leadership experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets in information services, SaaS, or technology sectors.
Expert-level proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies, territory planning, pipeline forecasting, and complex commercial negotiations.
Demonstrated experience establishing operational sales plans, managing structured sales teams, and driving cross-functional alignment across international time zones.
Experience with search technologies, digital information platforms, or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance solutions.
Flexibility to undertake regular international travel as required by regional client and business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
