Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a Business Development Director to lead risk solutions growth in APAC from Singapore. You will identify opportunities, build senior-level relationships, and craft strategic plans to win large-scale risk-management contracts.

The role requires a proven track record in complex sales, broad networks across corporate, insurance, healthcare, government, travel, and security sectors, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments. You will travel within APAC as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to generate new business and exceed revenue targets.
• Experience selling complex risk management or security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across APAC with focus on Singapore.
• Identify and qualify opportunities in corporate, insurance, healthcare, government, travel, and security sectors.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions through to close.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans to maximise market penetration.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor risk solutions.
• Represent Crisis24 at industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
