Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to guide HR strategy for APAC. You will partner with regional leaders to forecast hiring, design compensation, onboarding, and training programs while ensuring compliance and efficient processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HRM and 5-7 years of HR management experience, with strong leadership, MS Excel skills, and a good grasp of payroll systems and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience as HR Manager.
• Experience leading small teams preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and local labor laws.
• Experience with payroll systems or payroll outsourcing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future hiring needs with Global Recruiter.
• Design compensation and benefits for APAC entities.
• Define onboarding procedures aligned to company culture.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events.
• Develop training plans for employees and departments.
• Prepare and manage the regional budget.
• Track KPIs and propose improvements.
• Design and implement HR policies aligned with long-term goals.
• Ensure HR processes comply with legal standards.
• Support managers and staff on day-to-day HR issues.
