Job summary

reolink technology pte. ltd. is seeking a Group HR Manager for APAC to own the people agenda at the Singapore HQ and to lead the regional HR function across Asia Pacific.

You will shape HR strategy, governance and systems to support growth across multiple entities and hubs, partnering with finance and business leaders on headcount and cost planning. The role requires building scalable policies, managing senior hires, and aligning remuneration and benefits with regional practices.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional APAC role in an MNC or fast-growing tech company.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF and work pass framework, and exposure to two other APAC jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience across TA, C&B, ER, HR operations and HRIS.
• Ability to build scalable HR policies and processes for multi-entity operations.
• Proven ability to design and implement policy governance and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end people agenda for the Singapore HQ and act as the regional HR lead for APAC.
• Build scalable HR policies, governance and systems across multiple legal entities to support growth.
• Lead senior and specialist hiring for the Singapore HQ and manage agencies and branding.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and annual review processes across APAC.
• Ensure HR compliance with local laws and drive workforce planning and cost controls.
