Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering required.
• 1-3 years' experience in the industrial or automation project environment.
• Ability to understand PI diagrams and mechanical drawings is essential.
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer requests and provide technical support.
• Conduct on-site visits to customers for maintenance and installation.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on projects.
• Provide breakdown repairs and urgent support.

Skills

Technical education in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering

1-3 years experience in industrial/automation projects

Understanding of PI diagrams and mechanical drawings

Practical electrical knowledge

Familiarity with IoT4.0 and IIOT

Strong interpersonal skills

Fluent in spoken and written English
