Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager – APAC to drive new customer acquisition and expand electronics manufacturing and engineering solutions across Singapore and the APAC region.

You will identify markets, develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and secure new manufacturing projects. The role requires a diploma or degree in engineering or related fields, at least five years in B2B sales, and a proven hunter mentality.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, engineering or technology sectors preferred.
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting and market development.
Develop new business opportunities in PCBA, EMS, box build, and system integration.
Build relationships with Engineering, R&D, Procurement and Operations leaders.
Manage sales process from inquiry to quotation, negotiation and closure.
Develop strategic accounts and generate recurring revenue.
