Depend Electronics, a global supplier of electronic components, seeks a Senior Sales/BD Manager to drive new business and sustainable growth across Singapore and APAC. You will lead the sales team, shape regional strategies, and personally cultivate strategic customers to increase revenue and gross profit.

You will negotiate terms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report to senior management on performance and opportunities in the Singapore/APAC market.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Proven experience in electronics component distribution or trading.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition, business development, and revenue/GP growth.
• Strong experience in ASEAN/APAC markets; an established customer network is advantageous.
• Experience with semiconductors, CPU, Memory, SSD/HDD, PC/Server products, LCD panels, or other electronic components is preferred.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven international trading environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across ASEAN/APAC in line with company objectives.
• Drive new customer acquisition and business development, expanding the customer base.
• Personally develop strategic customers and opportunities with focus on revenue and GP growth.
• Set sales targets, monitor pipeline and performance, and drive monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new markets, customers, products, and trading opportunities within electronics distribution.
• Lead key commercial negotiations including pricing, margins, payment terms, and credit conditions.
• Work with sourcing, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance to support offers and order execution.
• Provide regular business and performance updates to senior management and support Singapore/APAC growth.
