CoreWeave is hiring a Senior People Business Partner for APAC to build HR infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and serving as the first APAC People BP. The role offers autonomy and close collaboration with a People Ops partner to tailor global programs to APAC needs.

You will partner with APAC leaders, shape data-driven people decisions, support DC Ops as data centers come online, and deliver measurable impact while scaling operations in a growing region.

• APAC experience and the ability to stand up HR infrastructure.
• Ability to navigate compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong independent judgement in novel situations.
