AvePoint is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with leaders and employees to deliver HR programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.

The role balances strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational tasks in a fast-paced technology environment, requiring collaboration across business units and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in tech or multinational.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting regional HR activities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data integrity.
• Administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate background checks, work pass applications, and related submissions.
• Serve as primary HR contact for inquiries and provide policy guidance.
• Support conflict resolution and employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement and wellness initiatives.
