Job summary

Inline is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager based in Singapore to oversee the full breadth of the People function across APAC. You will ensure compliant, seamless people operations, advise managers on talent strategies, and coach leaders to drive clarity and accountability.

You will lead a global People Operations team, oversee the employee lifecycle, and partner with hiring managers on recruiting metrics and sourcing frameworks to support the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Must have managed 2+ countries or 4+ years of regional people management.
• Experience in Tech, startup, or high-growth sectors.
• Experience managing HR policy, compliance, and operations in APAC markets (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to influence across functions.
• Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead inline's global People Operations team across APAC.
• Oversee employment law compliance across APAC (Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia).
• Manage full employee lifecycle and partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Coach mid-level leaders to build high-trust, accountable teams.
