Job summary

Boku in Singapore is seeking a Senior People Partner to be the trusted partner for the APAC region, shaping people strategy, driving organisational effectiveness and supporting growth. This role balances strategic partnering with hands-on delivery across talent, design, performance, engagement and change.

You will work with senior leaders across multiple markets, using data-led insights to inform decisions and strengthen performance, engagement and capability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a People Partner/HRBP role.
• Experience supporting leaders across APAC.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with distributed teams and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across the APAC region to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Coach and advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance and engagement.
• Use people data and analytics to identify trends and recommend actions for improved performance.
• Support talent management and succession planning initiatives across the region.
• Lead initiatives across talent, organisational design, performance and change.
• Collaborate with global People team to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Provide guidance across the employee lifecycle for diverse APAC markets.
• Shape the future of the People function with ideas and continuous improvement.
