Job summary

The Talent Lever is seeking a senior HRBP to partner with APAC leadership on people strategy and execution for 200+ employees across multiple markets. This is a strategic, high-growth role in a major cloud-based software company.

Based at our Singapore HQ, you will lead business partnering, talent acquisition insights, organization design, performance conversations, succession, and employee development while shaping the APAC culture and employee experience.

Qualifications

10–15 years HR experience
3+ years as HRBP or HR operations partner
Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth company
Multi-country/APAC experience
Understanding of APAC employment law across jurisdictions
Excellent communication and executive presence

Responsibilities

Be the HR strategic partner for APAC region and align with regional leadership on people decisions, org design, talent strategy.
Own hiring strategy, talent development, org design, and employee experience for 200+ staff across markets.
Advise APAC leaders on performance management, promotions, and succession planning.
Design development programs for APAC talent and build bench strength.
Partner on compensation decisions and market competitiveness.
Ensure employment law compliance across APAC jurisdictions.
Oversee onboarding and integration for APAC hires and build local culture.
