Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead the APAC people agenda and partner with regional leadership. You will align business strategy with HR policy, governance, and workforce planning, delivering high-impact people solutions across APAC.

In this role you will influence senior stakeholders, drive talent management, reward, and analytics, and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to ensure best-in-class HR services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a HR Business Partner within a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Strong working knowledge of APAC employment legislation and cultural nuances across geographies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Commercially astute, analytically strong, and able to balance strategic work with execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic HR partner to APAC business units and corporate functions.
• Shape and execute regional people agenda aligning business strategy with global HR frameworks and local law.
• Partner with CoEs to deliver integrated HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead talent attraction, management, reward, policy governance, and data analytics initiatives.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, restructurings, exits, and workforce planning.
• Oversee HR operations, governance, payroll data accuracy, and month-end reviews.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects and mentor junior HR colleagues.
