Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the APAC region to partner with regional leadership and help scale the organization, leadership capability, and people practices to support growth.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to structure and staff launches and expansion, lead organizational design, ensure HR tools and policies exist, and coach leaders on performance, succession, and employee relations; travel across APAC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced tech or infra organizations.
• Experience partnering on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Strong leadership coaching skills across performance management, succession, employee relations, and org change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC regional leadership across the full regional setup and embed people priorities into business planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders for launches, operations, and expansion.
• Lead organizational design and team-shape decisions for the region and scaling priorities.
• Ensure HR tools, policies, processes, and specialist support for a fast-moving environment; lead cross-functional HR projects.
• Coach leaders on performance, succession, employee relations, and complex people decisions.
• Identify risks using data to drive practical action on attrition, capability gaps, org health, and execution readiness.
• Travel regularly across APAC to stay close to the business.
