Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations - APAC, based in Singapore, to build the operating foundation for our employees across the region. You will own the lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and drive scalable processes, leveraging Workday and automation.

You will start hands-on, then shape and lead a growing APAC team, partnering with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Finance to ensure compliance and efficiency across markets.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in People Operations or HR operations.
• Experience with multi-country employment operations and APAC regions.
• Strong Workday HCM expertise and data/workflow discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build APAC People Operations infrastructure from the ground up.
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, leaves, inquiries.
• Improve Workday processes and data integrity for APAC.
• Design global operating model with local adaptations for markets.
• Integrate AI to automate repetitive lifecycle tasks and signals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, Finance for country launches.
• Use lifecycle data to identify friction and mitigate risk.
• Lead and scale the APAC team as it grows.
