Job summary

Peoplebank Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to support APAC operations from Singapore. You will partner with regional management to drive HR initiatives, manage workforce planning, and lead talent management and employee relations across multiple countries.

You will oversee regional HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with local laws, while collaborating with global HR teams to implement regional policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• IHRP certification (IHRP-CP or IHRP-SP) is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience in the manufacturing, electronics, and engineering industry preferred.
• Regional HR exposure across Southeast Asia or APAC is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide HR advice on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people-related matters.
• Support organizational changes and business growth across the region.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to implement regional HR policies and initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment activities and workforce planning across the region.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and attract suitable candidates.
• Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Support employee training and development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
• Advise managers on performance concerns and employee-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR policies.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions across regional offices.
• Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
• Ensure consistent HR practices while addressing country-specific requirements.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with relevant teams.
• Support regional HR projects and continuous process improvement.
