Job summary

Marex in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join the APAC IT function. You will provide desktop and server support for local, regional and global needs, maintain documentation, and help run the follow-the-sun support model.

The role covers user setup, incident resolution, change and security policy adherence, and weekend support where required. You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to ITIL-aligned processes in a regulated trading environment.

Qualifications

• Banking/finance IT support experience preferred.
• 10+ years in a similar role expected.
• Familiar with ITIL, Windows Server, AD and desktop tech.
• Experience with service-desk tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Desktop and server support for APAC and global needs.
• Maintain local server/network infrastructure with Global teams.
• Drive IT projects and follow-the-sun support process.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and incident management.
• Provide weekend support when required.
• Escalate issues to tier-2/3 and coordinate with vendors.
