Job summary

Referment is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator for its Singapore office to support Windows and UNIX servers, end-user devices, and trading-floor technology. You will work with global teams and vendors to diagnose issues, contribute to automation, and improve reliability across enterprise infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or trading floor environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows enterprise environments and Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Intune, SCCM and Azure administration.
• Familiarity with hardware, software and fleet-wide deployments and executive-level desktop support.
• Strong research and analytical skills with curiosity to solve unfamiliar problems and improve processes.
• Clear interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Availability to work on site Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend assignments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person support covering PC hardware, peripherals, software deployments, mobile-device management, videoconferencing, AV equipment, trading-floor technology and occasional data-centre work.
• Work with global teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues.
• Support Windows PCs and servers, UNIX servers, mobile devices and communications infrastructure.
• Investigate complex issues, administer infrastructure-level systems and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements.
