APAC IT Support Analyst — Trading & Finance, Follow-the-Sun

Job summary

Marex is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk professional based in Singapore to support the APAC region. You will provide desktop support locally and globally as needed, help maintain server and network infrastructure, and contribute to regional IT projects within a follow-the-sun framework.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, knowledge sharing, and adherence to security and compliance policies, with weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role (banking/finance preferred).
• Proficient with Office365 and collaboration tools (Teams).
• Strong knowledge of Windows server platforms and AD services.
• Experience with ITIL framework and service-desk processes.
• Experience supporting trading systems and cloud-based tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and local IT support across APAC and globally as needed.
• Maintain and support server and network infrastructure locally.
• Manage IT projects within the region and support follow-the-sun operations.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge base for quick issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk policies.
