Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Solution Owner for APAC, based in Singapore. You will own end-to-end solution design and delivery for facilities management across multiple pursuits, partnering with Sales and Delivery to ensure feasible, defensible solutions.

You will orchestrate engineering, sustainability, technology, and operations inputs, align pricing with commercial leads, and drive gap assessments from first draft through handover.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IFM operational experience in FM or CRE.
• 5–7 years in IFM or CRE operations with solution-authorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA advantageous.
• Track record designing multi-service-line FM/Multi-X solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering and service-delivery gap assessments.
• Design organizational structures, metrics, and processes aligned to SLAs and KPIs.
• Assess technical feasibility of scope changes with delivery teams.
• Hold SMEs and country solution teams accountable for deliverables.
• Review proposals for technical accuracy and deliverability.
• Participate in solution design validation sessions and handover.
• Develop RFP narratives with clear pricing assumptions.
• Lead solution design presentations with Sales Leads.
• Present technical solutions to senior client stakeholders.
