Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore seeks a Senior Solutions Manager to own APAC FM solution design, ensuring proposals are technically sound and deliverable. You will lead requirement gathering, validate SLAs, and bridge commercial strategy with delivery capability.

Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and country teams to articulate benefits, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans. On-site role based in Singapore with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IFM operational experience with FM/CRE delivery.
• Track record designing multi-service-line FM/Multi-X solutions.
• Experience in creating and defending solution content and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and service-delivery gap assessments for pursuits.
• Design organizational structures, metrics and processes aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Audit technical feasibility and collaborate on revised delivery approaches.
• Develop compelling RFP narratives and solution write-ups for proposals.
• Lead solution design presentations with Sales during client sessions.
• Support Sales and Delivery with cross-functional expertise and QA.
