Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking a Senior Regional Facilities Manager APAC to oversee a diverse portfolio of manufacturing and commercial sites, prioritizing employee experience through top-tier services, cost control, and strict adherence to HSE and QMS standards.

You will lead multi-country teams, manage vendors and contracts, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, compliant operations aligned with regional business goals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
• Experience with manufacturing and laboratory facility operations and GxP guidelines.
• Leadership and staff management experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account & Stakeholder Management: Fulfil all aspects of the Master Services Agreement including staffing, financials, service delivery, governance, KPIs, and client requirements; serve as primary contact for escalations and manage relationships with stakeholders; conduct monthly account reviews, manage change controls, and oversee scope of work adherence.
• Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage regional account programs ensuring safety/Quality and Compliance, oversee daily facility operations, develop/manage budgets for facility ops/maintenance/capital projects, monitor spend and performance, align expenditures to budget and manage P&L.
• Compliance, Health, Safety & Quality: Act as primary HSE advisor for APAC manufacturing/commercial sites; develop/implement health and safety policies; ensure regulatory compliance and conduct site inspections and audits.
• Team Leadership & Innovation: Supervise staff, coordinate activities, lead cross-country teams, solve complex technical or operational problems, drive service/process innovations.
