Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the development and delivery of customer-facing facilities services across the APAC portfolio. You will oversee budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage site operations to deliver optimized workplace environments.

The role requires experience in large-scale facilities management, construction oversight, and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple countries. This position is based in Singapore and involves travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with focus on client experience across APAC.
• Foundational knowledge of building infrastructure, energy, sustainability, and EHS programs.
• Experience with design, estimation and bidding practices, and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual capital and operating budgets for the APAC portfolio.
• Oversee mechanical/electrical infrastructure projects in semiconductor R&D environments.
• Define project scopes, schedules and budgets with limited information.
• Coordinate consultant interactions to develop project requirements.
• Deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective workplaces by directing contractors.
• Act as the main contact with landlords and lead for landlord-involved projects.
• Partner with EHS to ensure policy and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Lead region-wide continuity and crisis management planning.
• Build relationships with local and regional governments for site relations.
