Job summary

JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to lead engineering strategy across APAC, ensuring compliance with JLL and client standards for multi-site data centre and office portfolios. The role reports to the Regional Engineering Director and drives performance, governance, and lifecycle management of critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering management, including Data Centre management preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Data Center building services design and Data Center engineering management.
• Experience working in Asia Pacific desired, specifically North Asia.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting on colocation and corporate real estate Data Centre metrics and operations.
• Support Energy Manager in tracking energy saving initiatives across the corporate real estate portfolio.
• Work with sub-regional engineering teams on engineering initiatives governance.
• Quality assurance reviews of JLL installations, commissioning and new equipment programming.
