Job summary

Industrious Asia Pacific invites a senior project manager to lead APAC growth, overseeing the development of high-end commercial interior projects from concept through construction and closeout across our rapidly scaling portfolio.

You will partner with Design, Sales, Facilities, Real Estate, Unit Operations, and external partners to deliver projects on time and on budget, elevating the workplace experience globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing commercial interior, retail, or hospitality construction projects from concept to completion.
• Degree in M&E, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team, including direct reports.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple APAC countries with multilingual teams and knowledge of local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple APAC projects from conception through closeout, across Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, India and Japan.
• Own end-to-end commercial management: cost planning, procurement strategy, tender management, contracts, variations, and final accounts.
• Develop dashboards, budgets, cost plans, and forecasts, with early variance identification.
• Manage project team meetings, communications, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, invoices, change orders, punch lists and documentation.
• Establish cost management processes, reporting, and value engineering across all projects.
