Job summary
JOHNSON CONTROLS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect - OpenBlue (APAC) to drive technical solutioning and customer engagement across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales or Digital Building solutions.
- Experience with Smart Buildings, Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS), IoT, Cloud Platforms and Enterprise Integration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to qualify opportunities and develop winning technical strategies.
- Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business, operational and digital transformation requirements.
- Design scalable end-to-end OpenBlue solutions leveraging IoT, cloud, analytics, AI and enterprise integrations.
- Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, demonstrations, proofs-of-concepts (POCs) and RFP responses.
- Build business cases, ROI models and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses that quantify customer value.
- Present solution and value propositions to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Act as regional liaison between customers, Sales and Product Management by capturing market requirements and coordinating feedback.
