Job summary

Neste is seeking an HR Generalist to join our APAC HR team in Singapore. You will provide and execute HR services, coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and contract management, and support payroll management across the region excluding India.

You will work closely with the APAC HR team and external stakeholders to ensure efficient HR operations and compliant processes. The role requires 5+ years in HR, IHRP qualification, and a safety-minded, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR functions.
• Groundwork advice/operational support for APAC initiatives.
• IHRP qualified.
• Safety-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide and execute HR services, onboarding/offboarding, and contract management.
• Coordinate payroll management for APAC region (excluding India).
• Deliver daily HR end-to-end operational activities for APAC.
• Review SLAs with key HR vendors and propose improvements in consultation with HR Specialist for Singapore.
