Job summary

Belfor Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage Talent Acquisition, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations across Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia. You will liaise with managers and agencies, coordinate offers, maintain records and ensure compliance with local labour laws.

The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a regional setting across APAC.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR experience across recruitment, onboarding and payroll.
• Solid knowledge of the Employment Act in Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Process-oriented with a track record of operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and external agencies on requirements and feedback.
• Facilitate offers and onboarding for new hires.
• Handle HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, records and policy compliance.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits administration and statutory submissions.
• Provide HR reporting and participate in regional HR projects.
