Job summary

Infosys Singapore & Australia is seeking an Analyst (HR-Business Support) to manage payroll systems, onboarding/offboarding, and HR policy compliance in Singapore. You will collaborate with APAC HR partners and advise stakeholders on HR matters.

Responsibilities include payroll processing, employee relations, reporting, and supporting events, performance management, and learning initiatives. A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, with 3+ years in HR generalist roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• 3+ years in HR generalist roles.
• Attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and payroll systems (Papaya preferred).
• Collaborative and comfortable handling hands-on administrative tasks with multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or Organisation Development.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll systems and monthly payroll cycle ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Assist in compliance audits and HR policy adherence.
• Administer onboarding and offboarding procedures for smooth employee transitions.
• Provide HR guidance to stakeholders across the organization.
• Administer HR administrative operations and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, address complaints, and enforce company policies.
• Maintain employee database and prepare reports as needed.
• Assist with planning and execution of events and recognition activities.
• Support annual HR Cycle Performance Management with APAC HR Business Partner.
• Support Learning & Development planning and execution as required.
• Collaborate with APAC HR BP on business needs and initiatives.
• Communicate HR topics to employees and coordinate ad hoc HR projects.
