Blackpanda is seeking an HR Generalist based in Singapore to run the people function across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines and Malaysia. You will own the full employee lifecycle, payroll coordination and compliance, and help scale a growing cyber security team.

You’ll work with the VP People and Culture to implement policies, manage HRIS/ATS, and support hiring across five markets while maintaining a strong culture and regulatory compliance.
